Terms and Conditions

Mystic Rare Stamps is at your service.

Your satisfaction is essential to our mission of providing the finest philately has to offer.

So when you place an order, we give you 14 days – two full weeks – to determine whether you’ve made the right decision.  If the item you’ve purchased isn’t right for your collection, simply return it within that time for a full refund.

We guarantee the items listed on MysticRareStamps.com as genuine.

Regarding certificates, we have a standard policy…

If the certificate was issued within the last seven years, we consider it up-to-date.  Therefore, it is unnecessary to re-submit the item to an expertizing service.  Exceptions can be made, when agreed upon prior to the sale.

If the item you’re purchasing does not have a certificate, or if the certificate is more than seven years old, please notify Mystic Rare Stamps of your desire to have the item certified at the time of sale.  Mystic Rare Stamps will submit the item for certification.  Fees for the certificate will be paid by the buyer.

In the unlikely event an item offered on MysticRareStamps.com is sold prior to updating the website, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and a credit or refund, as appropriate, will be processed.

New York State residents will be charged sales tax as appropriate for their county of residence.
